Product Description

NAMECHAIN is the fast-paced party game where players race against the clock to link famous names together.

Think fast, follow the chain, and don’t get caught out. One player says a name, the next player has to say another name where the first letter of their first name matches the first letter of the previous surname.

For example:
Lionel Messi → Matt Damon → David Attenborough

Sounds easy… until the timer starts.

Use prompt cards, challenge your friends, shout REVERSAL, and survive as long as you can. Perfect for pre-drinks, house parties, family games nights, holidays, college nights, pub games, and anyone who loves a loud, competitive party game.

Time: 15–30 minutes

How to Play

Shuffle the prompt deck.
Each player gets three power cards:
Red SKIP card
Yellow CHALLENGE card
Blue SEARCH card
The youngest player starts.
On your turn, flip the top prompt card.
You must say a name that:
Fits the prompt card
Follows the name chain rule
The name chain rule is simple:
   The first letter of the first name you say must match the first letter of the previous player’s surname.
   Example:
   Lionel Messi
   Next name must start with M
   Matt Damon
   Next name must start with D
   David Attenborough
Use a 30-second timer to make it harder.
If you fail to answer before the timer ends, you’re out for that round.
If a name has the same first and last initial, shout REVERSAL and the direction of play changes.
   Example:
   Marilyn Monroe = M.M.
   Shout REVERSAL.
When two players remain, start a new round.
