2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NAMECHAIN website and any purchase made through it.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website or purchasing a product.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
3. Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order through this website.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
4. Our products
NAMECHAIN is a social card game intended for entertainment.
We make every reasonable effort to display product photographs, illustrations, colours, packaging and descriptions accurately. However, minor differences may occur between the images shown on the website and the final physical product. These may include differences caused by screen settings, manufacturing updates, printing variations or packaging changes.
The number of cards, product contents, recommended age, player count, expected playing time and other important product information will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Alcohol is not required to play NAMECHAIN. Customers are responsible for using the product safely, responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.
Prices will include VAT where VAT is legally applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or another authorised third-party payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract between you and NAMECHAIN is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:
* A product is unavailable.
* Payment cannot be authorised.
* The price or product information contains an obvious error.
* We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.
* Purchase limits have been exceeded.
* We cannot deliver to the address provided.
* Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
7. Pre-orders
A product described as a pre-order is not immediately available for dispatch.
Any expected production, launch, availability or dispatch date shown for a pre-order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.
Estimated dates may change due to manufacturing delays, shipping disruption, customs delays, supplier issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with an update.
Your applicable cancellation, refund and consumer rights continue to apply to pre-orders.
8. Delivery
Available delivery locations, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular date is guaranteed.
Delivery estimates begin from the date an order is dispatched, rather than the date on which the order is placed.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery name, address, postcode or Eircode and contact information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be amended after an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
* Delivery-carrier delays.
* Customs inspections.
* Weather conditions.
* Industrial action.
* Events outside our reasonable control.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return a product or request a refund are explained in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Consumers purchasing most products online generally have a legal cancellation period. Any applicable cancellation period and instructions for exercising that right will be explained in our Refund Policy.
10. Faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if your order is:
* Damaged when delivered.
* Faulty or defective.
* Incomplete.
* Different from the product ordered.
* Missing items.
* Otherwise not as described.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, competitions, giveaways and promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed when the relevant offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated:
* Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Only one discount code may be used per order.
* Codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
* Promotions may be limited by date, product, customer, location or availability.
* Discount codes may not apply to delivery charges.
* Discount codes may not be combined with other offers.
We may withdraw, suspend or correct a promotion where it contains an obvious error, is being misused or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

The NAMECHAIN name, logo, branding, original written rules, card text, card designs, packaging designs, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, marketing materials and other original brand assets are owned by or licensed to NAMECHAIN.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
You may share links to our publicly available website and social-media content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not alter the content or suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist.
Purchasing NAMECHAIN gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with the product or brand.
13. Customer reviews and submitted content
Where you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion or other content to NAMECHAIN, you confirm that:
* You created the content or have permission to submit it.
* The content is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
* It does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
* It is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene.
* It does not contain malware, harmful code or deceptive links.
You grant NAMECHAIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt and use the submitted content in connection with operating and promoting NAMECHAIN.
Where reasonably practical, we may credit you when using customer photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
We may remove submitted content that breaches these Terms of Service or is otherwise inappropriate for our website or social-media channels.
14. Acceptable website use
You must not use the website:
* For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
* To place false or fraudulent orders.
* To provide false payment or contact information.
* To introduce viruses, malware or harmful code.
* To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
* To attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or systems.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily mean that NAMECHAIN endorses that third party.

We aim to keep the website available, secure and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

Where an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected information or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

NAMECHAIN is supplied for personal entertainment use.

* Supervising younger players where appropriate.
* Keeping cards and packaging away from small children where they may present a choking or suffocation risk.
* Playing in a safe and responsible environment.
* Ensuring that any optional rules or activities chosen by players are appropriate and lawful.
NAMECHAIN does not require or encourage alcohol consumption.
We are not responsible for injuries, damage or losses caused by reckless behaviour, misuse of the product or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable consumer law, NAMECHAIN will not be responsible for losses that:
* Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
* Result from misuse of the product.
* Result from failure to follow product instructions or safety information.
* Relate to business or commercial use of a product purchased as a consumer product.
